It is preferable to take two capsules when desired; consume the suggested dose in one serving. Do not exceed two capsules in 24 hours.

We suggest you take this supplement every day. Whilst some nutrients are absorbed and can take effect quickly, others, particularly botanicals, will have an accumulative effect over time.

The Health & Him Desire Multi-Nutrient supplement is a stand-alone product that can be taken by men of all ages. It is not specifically for men during the Andropause life stage. One of the key ingredients is Tribulus Terrestris, which has been shown to support sexual desire.  
As sexual desire is a crucial health area to support during andropause, we also decided to include Tribulus Terrestris in the Health & Him Andropause 40 and Andropause 55 supplements at exactly the same dosage.  Therefore, if you are taking either of these two products, we would advise against taking the Health & Him Desire Multi-Nutrient supplement in addition.
